Homecoming 2024 Thank You

Thank you to everyone who came out for a fun and successful homecoming week! Congrats to our Hall of Fame inductees, and congrats to the Hawks for a homecoming win! Thank you to the SGA for all of the hard work planning a fun homecoming dance! Thank you also to our many chaperones. Finally, thanks to our sapphire sponsors Blowfish Poke & Grill and Fruitful Juice Bar for providing a delicious meal to our chaperones and hosting the after homecoming luau.

Fall Sports Updates

Football: Varsity is 5-2. A homecoming win v. Long Reach 21-0. JV won v. Centennial 53-0.

Boys' Soccer: Varsity won v. Atholton 6-1, won v. Hammond 6-1. JV won v. Hammond 2-1.

Girls' Soccer: Varsity won v. Atholton 4-0, won v. Hammond 8-0.

Allied Soccer: Played at Guilford Park on 10/2.

Field Hockey: Varsity won v. Oakland Mills 9-0.

Golf: Continues their season with a 6-0 standing. They celebrated their seniors v. Atholton.

Volleyball: Varsity lost v. Howard, won v. Hammond 3-0.

Cross Country: Maryland XC Invitational. Congrats Varsity Boys for placing first! Congrats also to Alyssa Mattes 1st in Girls Varsity; Anna Gerdes 6th in Girls Open; Boys Varsity: Quinlan Ballou 8th, Lucas Chiang 13th, Breyen Solowski-Kampherstein 17th, and Noah Levy 18th.

River Hill Boosters is committed to enhancing the overall student experience by supporting projects that benefit EVERY STUDENT. Below are just some of the ways Boosters serve the River Hill Community: Funding capital projects such as new seats in the auditorium and new scoreboards, weight room updates, Band Uniforms, Class T-shirts, Scholarships, Uniforms, Spirit Wear and funding clubs and school organizations.

The deadline to join and receive merchandise ("membership swag") has been extended to October 16th. All membership swag must be picked up by October 16th.

Parents - Your students can pick up your membership swag for you!

Join us for Happy Hour from 3-6pm before the game and a portion of every purchase will be donated to Boosters. The game will also be live-streamed.

Team and Club Fundraising

Music Boosters Fundraiser

The annual RHHS Pie Sale has started and will run from September 30th through October 22nd. A portion of every dessert sold goes back to the RHHS Music programs to help fund these amazing programs. The proceeds are used to purchase music, marching band uniforms, repair and replace instruments etc. If you would like to order please connect with a band, choir, orchestra student or you can purchase directly from the Music Booster website www.riverhillmusic.org/store. Please note that all desserts come frozen and must be picked up on Tuesday, November 19 from the River Hill cafeteria from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm. We appreciate your support.

RHHS Spirit Wear

Purchase your spirit wear at the 24/7 River Hill High School Sideline Store. We also have Spirit Wear items in stock that will be sold at home football games.
