Fall Sports Updates

Field Hockey: Varsity won v. Howard 3-0; won v. Wilde Lake 2-0; Lost v. Glenelg. JV won v. Howard 7-2; won v. Wilde Lake 6-0.

Volleyball: Varsity at Glenelg won in 5 sets, 3-2; won v. Mt. Hebron 3-0.

Football: The Varsity football team fought hard, but lost to Marriotts Ridge on Thursday night. The score was 21-7. Record is now 3-3. The JV team defeated Long Reach 34-12. They face Marriotts Ridge on Monday, 10/14 at 4:30.

Boys' Soccer: Varsity lost v. Howard 1-0. They lost in double overtime to Glenelg 2-1. JV soccer won v. Howard 4-0 on 10/8 and won vs Glenelg 3-0 on 10/10.

Girls' Soccer: Varsity lost v. Howard 2-1; Won v. Glenelg 5-0.

Allied Soccer: Allied soccer has had 3 games, including 2 home games. They have had 2 wins and a tie. Both JV and Varsity Cheer came out to support the allied soccer games at home.

River Hill Boosters is committed to enhancing the overall student experience by supporting projects that benefit EVERY STUDENT. Below are just some of the ways Boosters serve the River Hill Community: Funding capital projects such as new seats in the auditorium and new scoreboards, weight room updates, Band Uniforms, Class T-shirts, Scholarships, Uniforms, Spirit Wear and funding clubs and school organizations. The deadline to join and receive merchandise ("membership swag") has been extended to October 16th. All membership swag must be picked up by October 16th.

Join us for Happy Hour from 3-6pm before the game and a portion of every purchase will be donated to Boosters. The game will also be live-streamed.

Boosters Meeting

Our next Boosters Meeting will be on Thursday, November 7th at 6:30 PM in Planning Room B. We will be reviewing the fall club grant applications at this meeting.

Music Boosters Fundraiser

The annual RHHS Pie Sale has started and will run from September 30th through October 22nd. A portion of every dessert sold goes back to the RHHS Music programs to help fund these amazing programs. The proceeds are used to purchase music, marching band uniforms, repair and replace instruments etc. If you would like to order please connect with a band, choir, orchestra student or you can purchase directly from the Music Booster website www.riverhillmusic.org/store. Please note that all desserts come frozen and must be picked up on Tuesday, November 19 from the River Hill cafeteria from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm. We appreciate your support.

RHHS Spirit Wear

Purchase your spirit wear at the 24/7 River Hill High School Sideline Store. We also have Spirit Wear items in stock that will be sold at home football games.
