Fall Sports Updates

Football: After holding Marriotts Ridge scoreless through the first 3 quarters, RHHS drops a heartbreaker in the playoffs. Final score 7-21. Congrats to all the boys for closing out the season strong.

Soccer: Varsity won on Saturday night at the State semifinal 2-0 v. Catonsville! They advance to the State Championship Thursday 11/14 v. Mt. Hebron HS. Game at Loyola University, Ridley Athletic Complex at 7:30p

Cross Country: Varsity competed in the State Championships. Girls placed 11th and Boys placed 14th. Congrats to Alyssa Mattes for placing 4th in the Girls Individual Race.

RHHS Baseball Interest Meeting

The River Hill Baseball Program will be hosting a STUDENT/PARENT meeting next Tuesday November 12 at 7:00pm in the cafeteria for anyone who is interested in trying out for JV or Varsity Baseball in the spring. Please direct any questions to Coach Craig Estrin at 301-980-6211.

Band Updates

The band is hosting the US Navy Band for a concert on Saturday, November 16 at 7:00 pm in the RHHS auditorium. The concert is free, so bring a friend! https://www.navyband.navy.mil/events/2024-nov-16-concert-band-river-hill-high-school

Also, please remember to pick up any pies you ordered during the music program fundraiser! We’ll be at RHHS on Tuesday, November 19 from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m., and all pies must be picked up during this time—there is no storage. Pies will be frozen.
