WOW! BOYS AND GIRLS CROSS COUNTRY

Behind individual wins from Anish Nanjappa
and Faith Meininger, the RHHS XC Boys and
Girls teams both placed second at the 2A South
Regional Meet.  The teams will compete in the
Maryland State Meet on November 10th.

CONGRATULATIONS GOLF TEAM!

The team placed 2nd in the States competition!

BECOME AN ICE HAWK!
 
The River Hill Ice Hawks are just starting their season
with an enthusiastic freshman class joining a team
that is ready to take on their opponents in Howard
County!  There is still space on the team for students
who want to give ice hockey a try or those who are
ice hockey veterans!  Please contact the team
manager at bcpjbrady@gmail.com for information.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED PLEASE
 
On Saturday, November 10th, River Hill will host the
state semi-finals for both boys and girls soccer. 
We will have 4 games during the course of the day
and help will be needed in the outside concession
stand throughout the day.   Please check out the
sign up genius link and help if you are able.  Students
can work in the stand and get service hours as long
as an adult is also in the stand.
 
MAKE A LASTING IMPRESSION

Many of you have have the chance to experience a meeting or performance at River Hill sitting in our new cushioned seats. To date, we have raised over $70,000 through a variety of generous donors, including a $30,000 gift from River Hill Boosters. 

All the seats have now been installed, but the job is not done!! We still need to reach our goal to pay the final $30,000 installment.

DRIVER'S EDUCATION


Boosters is proud to offer high quality driver's education to our students provided by Street Smarts of Maryland. 
Classes will be held at RHHS .

Special thanks to everyone who has registered on the new website and joined Boosters. All families who registered online before September 12 were  automatically entered in a drawing for some great River Hill spirit wear swag. HELP NEEDED - BIRTHDAY HAWK HANDLER
The Birthday Hawk greets all visitors at the entrance off 108. Boosters is looking for a volunteer(s) to put up birthday signs periodically throughout the year. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get involved in Boosters or for students looking for service hours. For more information, contact boosters-president@riverhill.org.
