Boosters Scholarships

Application Deadline for Class of 2025 is April 10, 2025.

River Hill High School Boosters offers FIFTEEN $1,000 scholarships opportunities for graduating seniors.

All applicants must be members of RHHS Boosters to be eligible for this scholarship. Family membership can be purchases for $25 on our website. For membership information, please contact rhhsboosters@riverhill.org.

Scholarships are awarded based on academic merit, athletic, extracurricular and community activities throughout the student's high school career.

Leave a Permanent Impression at River Hill

Now is the time to leave your mark on River Hill High School. Buy a brick for the "HAWK WALK" and join the alumni who proudly remember their high school years. Each 4"x8" brick will be permanently installed around the flagpole in the RHHS stadium and will be on display and viewed by thousands of students, parents, and community members who will visit River Hill.

SPORTS CAMP 2025

Registration Now Open

We welcome all interested participants to improve their strength and skills by taking part in our fun filled Summer Camps. In additional to our outstanding sports camps we now offer video production and art camps!

Also, the HAWKS SPORTS Camp features age-appropriate instruction in basketball, tennis, volleyball, soccer, softball, flag football, pickleball, floor hockey, kickball, and more. Campers will be actively engaged in drills, competitions, and games. This coed camp will be held inside the gyms and outside on the fields and tennis courts. Campers will be grouped based on age and ability level. Full day and half day camp options are available.

In partnership with Kelly Care, Boosters offers affordable sports physicals to current River Hill students and incoming freshmen. Howard County Public School System policy requires every athlete to have verification of a physical exam dated after Aug 13, 2024 in order to try out for any high school sport. Kelly Care generously donates their time and appointments to the River Hill Boosters.

IMPORTANT: This sports physical should not replace the annual visit with the athlete's primary care physician.

HOW MUCH: $30. In order to receive the $30 sports physical, you must pre-purchase via the link below.

WHERE: All sports physicals take place at the Clarksville location of Kelly Care, located next to the River Hill Gym and Giant.

Or, head to the Kelly Care website and secure your appointment via their online portal.

- When making the appointment choose Kelly Care as your location. This is the Clarksville location. Do not choose Kelly Goodman, NP & Associates, PC.

- When they ask for APPOINTMENT TYPE, choose RIVER HILL SPORTS PHYSICAL. This is located at the bottom of the list of appointment types.

- When you are asked about insurance, choose NO INSURANCE. Regardless if you have your own insurance, please register without it.

- Complete the required online booking questions and confirm your appointment.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME?

Your email confirmation is your receipt. You must print the email and bring with you as your proof of payment.

PTSA Annual Membership Campaign: Hawk Strong Together

We are launching our Annual Membership Campaign: Hawk Strong Together to help us achieve our membership goals. The PTSA’s work in supporting the RHHS community is driven by our memberships.

All students, and guests between the ages of 7-59, are required to purchase tickets for high school gated sporting events using the GoFan website or mobile app (Apple store only) for admission. Fans are encouraged to buy tickets prior to reaching the facility as cash will no longer be accepted at the gate and service may be spotty on site.

Boosters partners with both Street Smart of Maryland and Greg's Driving School to offer Driver Education instruction to all students. Courses are available at various times online, or in person at River Hill High School from 3:00 - 6:15 pm. Click the link below for more information on available classes and how to register.
